Green Canyon Foods was founded as a wholesale supplier of high-quality, healthy snacks to be used in fundraising programs. A variety of items were carefully selected as offerings and marketed under the Grand Canyon label with a special jerky line sold under the name Zerky Jerky. Logos, print materials, and photography were developed for everything with additional imagery provided by photographer Jason Bolt.

The line of beef jerky offered by Green Canyon Foods was given the label Zerky Jerky.
